Mindfulness is the mental state of focusing one’s awareness on the present moment. Anxiety often clouds ones’ mind leaving no room to acknowledge and accept our own feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. All this might sound intimidating, but don’t worry! Everyone and anyone can practice mindfulness, no matter what level you start at. I’ve also included a few blog posts of my personal experience with mindfulness and how I incorporate it into my daily life!
