DAY FIVE:

Today was really busy and I didn’t have time to practice much mindfulness. But, I took five minutes before going to bed to journal!

Journaling can help us express our thoughts and emotions even if its subconsciously. I often choose a random prompt from the numerous websites out there (this is my favorite!). I personally don’t like the longer prompts and prefer to do a question a day or a few questions once a week. It doesn’t have to be perfect, focus more on jotting things down rather than the spelling or grammar 🙂
