DAY FOUR:

Yesterday was a really good mental health day! <3 Today was filled with zoom classes, readings, and watching lectures. Days like this are very routine and I spend most of my day on my laptop. I found that doing a breathing technique between classes or after finishing up a book, gives me a couple of minutes to disconnect from school.

I tried out a similar technique to equal breathing where I breathe in for four seconds, hold my breath for four seconds, and exhale for eight seconds! I did this in between my two classes and it helped take me out of my geography class mindset and into my psychology class mindset.
