DAY SEVEN:

After a week of actively trying mindfulness techniques, I can confidently say that I will continue to use this in my everyday life. It’s helped a lot with school anxiety but has also added “taking care of my mental health” to my schedule.

As I mentioned on the home page, college students often forget to take care of themselves and this is a small way of trying to fix that. It is extremely important to take care of our mental health, just as important as our essays, exams, and everything else.
